Building names, flat numbers, side entrances, and old street layouts can confuse couriers and tradespeople. For important visits, clear local directions and someone on the ground can prevent missed appointments.

02On-site note

Tradespeople need chasing.

Booking the appointment is only half the job. Someone often needs to confirm the visit, provide access, explain the issue, handle parking, and check the repair was actually completed.

03Property note

Vacant properties need eyes on them.

Humidity, leaks, pests, power trips, mail build-up, and balcony dirt go unnoticed when a property is empty. Regular checks catch small issues before they become larger problems.

04Logistics note

Arrival prep takes more than keys.

Before an owner or guest arrives, the property may need airing, cleaning, groceries, Wi-Fi checks, AC checks, and basic setup. We make sure the place is ready before the door opens.
